Pan fried fish in tamarind sauce By Chef Yolly Chan

Marinate fish in salt and pepper, pan fry.

For the sauce:
2 pcs Coriander roots
4 garlic cloves
1/4 c shallots
Chili as desired

1 1/2tbsp tamarind paste
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 c chicken stock or water

Pound the 1st 4 ingredients, then stir fry in med heat, add in the next 4 ingredients, Cook until thick.. you can adjust sweet/sour/ salty accordingly

Garnish with fried shallots and coriander leaves
