Steamed King Fish

Steamed king fish Steam fish in wok. I used the plate here to measure enough water to put in wok for steaming. Put ginger and tomatoes on top of the fish to steam. Turn heat hi for water to boil, then turn it to low when it starts boiling. Steaming time depends on the size of the fish. If the meat turns white and the skin turns darker pink, then it’s cooked. In a pan, stir fry minced garlic, onions and leeks in oil. For the sauce, heat enough oil. Add soy sauce and a little water when oil is hot enough. (Amount depends on how much sauce you want.) Remember there’s already some liquid from the steaming fish on the plate. Pour the sauce over the steamed fish. Put the tomatoes to the side. And pour the onions and leeks on top. Bon Appetit!
